Smoke & Vape Wholesale serves licensed retail businesses. Prices are visible publicly, but only signed-in approved wholesale customers may purchase. By applying and ordering, you attest that you are an authorized retailer purchasing for lawful resale.
Accessories and hardware
Our catalog focuses on smoking accessories and hardware. We do not sell nicotine, e-liquid, tobacco, CBD, THC, or other controlled substances through this storefront.
Product-specific shipping rules
Federal, state, local, and carrier requirements may apply to vaporizer hardware, batteries, butane, torches, lighters, and other products even when they contain no nicotine or e-liquid. We do not apply a blanket exemption or one shipping rule to every item. Product availability and shipping service may depend on the destination, and we may hold, restrict, or decline a shipment when required.
State and local responsibilities
Licensing, age, product, and resale rules vary by jurisdiction. Buyers are responsible for determining whether a product may be possessed, shipped, displayed, and resold in their location and for maintaining required licenses.
Resale and tax status
Applications are approved automatically after the retailer attestation, and approved wholesale accounts are set to tax exempt. Keep your resale information current; we may request a resale certificate or business license to document or maintain account eligibility. Buyers remain responsible for collecting and remitting taxes that apply to their resale activity.
Carrier and fulfillment
Online orders currently ship from our Niles, Illinois fulfillment warehouse. Carrier service, routing, and signature requirements depend on the product and destination. Orders containing a torch or butane product receive one $35 hazardous-materials handling fee; other orders do not.
