Wholesale Shipping Policy

At Smoke & Vape Wholesale, we are committed to getting your wholesale orders shipped quickly and reliably. All orders ship from our Denver, CO warehouse.

Minimum Order

We are a wholesale/B2B supplier. All orders are subject to a $250.00 minimum order value (before shipping and taxes).

Processing Times

Most wholesale orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed the same day. Tracking information is emailed for every shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order subtotal:

All orders of $500 or more ship free. Orders below $500 are charged a $30.00 flat shipping rate. For large bulk orders that require freight/LTL, contact us for a custom quote.

Delivery Areas & Times

We ship to all 50 states within the United States. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping, depending on destination; transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. For international wholesale inquiries, please contact our team directly.

Age Verification & Adult Signature

All products sold on this site are intended for adults 21 years of age or older. In compliance with federal and state law, shipments of vapor and tobacco products require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery and cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your wholesale order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the shipment, packaging, and affected items. We will work quickly to resolve any issues. Please retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
