These Terms and Conditions govern use of the Smoke & Vape Wholesale B2B storefront and purchases made through it. By applying for an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Wholesale eligibility and account access

Product prices are visible publicly, but purchasing is reserved for signed-in wholesale customers. When applying, you provide your business and contact details and attest that you are a licensed retailer buying for resale. Applications are approved automatically after that attestation. We may request a current resale certificate or business license and may suspend an account that does not qualify.

Tax-exempt purchasing

Approved wholesale accounts are set to tax exempt. You must place the order while signed into the approved account and remain responsible for the accuracy of your resale information and for collecting and remitting any taxes that apply to your business. We may request updated documentation.

Minimum order, shipping, and handling

The minimum merchandise subtotal is $250, before shipping, tax, and handling fees. Domestic US orders under $500 have a $30 flat shipping rate, and qualifying orders of $500 or more receive free freight. One $35 hazardous-materials handling fee applies only to an order containing at least one torch or butane product.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. Prices may change without notice. Payment is due at checkout unless different terms have been confirmed in writing. Available payment options are the methods displayed at checkout.

Returns and shipment claims

Damage, defect, missing-item, or incorrect-item claims must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Other approved returns of unopened product require prior authorization and must be requested within 30 days. A restocking fee may apply. Review the refund and return policy for full details.

Restricted products and lawful resale

You certify that you are an authorized representative of an eligible retail business and are purchasing for lawful resale to adults where required. Product and shipping restrictions vary by jurisdiction and carrier. You are responsible for licenses and local compliance, and we may restrict or decline a shipment when necessary. We work to keep titles, images, availability, and specifications accurate, but packaging, color, and manufacturer details can change. Contact us before ordering if the sale quantity or specification is unclear.
