These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Smoke & Vape Wholesale Innovations wholesale platform and all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Wholesale Account Eligibility

Smoke & Vape Wholesale Innovations is a B2B wholesale distributor. Our products and pricing are intended exclusively for licensed retailers, smoke shops, vape shops, head shops, convenience stores, and other qualified businesses. When you create an account you provide your federal EIN and certify that you are a licensed retailer purchasing for resale. We reserve the right to verify business credentials and to suspend or close accounts that do not qualify.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of order unless net terms have been established. We accept major credit and debit cards, and ACH/wire transfers for qualified accounts.

Returns and Exchanges

If you receive defective or incorrect merchandise, or a shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days of delivery (with photos for damage claims) so we can arrange a replacement, refund, or carrier claim. For other returns, unopened product in its original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery with prior return authorization (RMA); a restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all content is error-free. Colors and dimensions may vary slightly from images shown.

Age Verification

All products are intended for legal use by adults 21 years of age or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are purchasing for lawful resale purposes.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
