Accounts & Eligibility

Who can open a wholesale account?
Licensed retailers selling to consumers. That includes smoke shops, vape shops, head shops, convenience stores, gas stations, and similar storefronts. When you create your account you provide your federal EIN and certify that you're a licensed retailer buying for resale. We may request your resale certificate or business license to keep on file. We do not sell to end consumers or unlicensed resellers.
Do I need to be approved before I can order?
No. Your wholesale account is active the moment you create it — there's no approval queue and nothing to unlock. Create your account, certify your resale status, and you can place an order right away. Most retailers are up and running in under two minutes.
What information do I need to sign up?
Your business name, federal EIN, and a resale-status certification at signup. We may also ask for your state resale certificate or business license to keep on file and to apply tax-exempt checkout. Online-only resellers must hold a retail license in their state.
Can I see prices before I create an account?
Yes — every price on this site is already the wholesale price, visible to everyone. Create a free account to check out tax-free for resale, see live inventory counts, and place orders.
How do I buy tax-free for resale?
When you create your account you certify that you're buying for resale and will collect and remit applicable sales tax. We set qualifying accounts to tax-exempt checkout. Keep your state resale certificate current — we may request it to maintain your tax-exempt status.

Orders & Minimums

What is the minimum order?
$150 across the full catalog. There is no per-brand minimum — you can mix and match across 2,200+ SKUs and 70+ brands to hit the threshold.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free freight on continental-US orders over $500. Orders under $500 ship at calculated rates based on weight and zone, quoted at checkout.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed by 3:00 PM Eastern on a business day ship within 1–2 business days from our US warehouse. Most continental-US deliveries arrive in 3–5 business days after shipment via UPS or FedEx Ground.
Can I split an order or place a partial restock?
Each order ships as a single shipment for the most efficient freight cost. If you need a partial restock urgently, place a smaller order; freight is calculated automatically.
Do you have case-pack minimums per SKU?
Most SKUs ship in the manufacturer's case pack. Case quantities are listed on each product page so you can budget by the case — usually 6, 12, 24, or 48 units depending on the item. A handful of high-value SKUs (e.g. premium glass) ship by the unit.

Payment & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) at checkout. ACH bank transfer is available on request for established accounts, and Net-30 terms may be available after a documented order history — reach out to your account contact.
What is your return policy?
Defective product is replaced or refunded at no cost. We accept returns of unopened cases within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization; a restocking fee may apply. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable. Full details on the Returns Policy page.
What if my shipment arrives damaged?
Contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos. We file the carrier claim and ship replacement product directly — you don't have to wait for the claim to close.
Are prices subject to change?
Catalog prices reflect current wholesale costs. We hold them stable where we can, but commodity inputs (e.g., butane, glass shipping) shift periodically. Active customers receive a notice ahead of any meaningful price change.

Products & Brands

Are you an authorized distributor?
Yes — for every brand we carry. We source direct from the manufacturer or their authorized US channel. No gray-market, no diverted product. If a brand isn't listed on our site, we don't carry it.
Do you carry CBD or THC products?
No. We focus on smoke and vape accessories — glass, papers, lighters, grinders, vaporizers, and adjacent SKUs. We do not sell controlled substances.
How do I know what to stock for my store?
Start with the stock-up guides in our resource library — we've published category-by-category recommendations based on what consistently turns at retail. You can also email your account contact with your store profile for a starter SKU list.
Do you offer display stands or POS?
Yes — see our display stand collection. Many of the consumable brands we carry (Blazy Susan, BIC, Smoke Odor) include retail-ready packaging or branded POP at no charge.
Can I request a brand or SKU you don't carry?
Always. Email your account contact with the brand and SKU. If there's real demand from multiple retailers, we'll evaluate it for the catalog and let you know.
