Return Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Defective Products: Items that arrive damaged, defective, or not functioning as described are eligible for return or exchange.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product(s) in your order, we will arrange for a return and ship the correct items at no additional cost.
- Timeframe: All return or exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging
- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at wenexusltd@gmail.com or through our Contact page.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any defective or incorrect items.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Return Shipping
- For defective or incorrect items, Smoke & Vape Wholesale will cover return shipping costs.
- For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be shipped back in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns that are not the result of a defect or error on our part. This will be communicated before the return is processed.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund as follows:
- Approved Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned items.
- Exchanges: Replacement items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if items show signs of use or are not in original condition.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, please:
- Document the damage with photos before opening or discarding any packaging materials.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made before the order has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our standard return policy.
