Shipping policy

Smoke & Vape Wholesale processes online orders through its current Niles, Illinois fulfillment warehouse. If inventory routing changes, another active US fulfillment location may be used and the shipment origin will appear in tracking.

Minimum order

The minimum wholesale merchandise subtotal is $250, before shipping, tax, and handling fees.

Processing times

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Tracking is emailed when the carrier accepts the shipment. Processing and transit estimates are not delivery guarantees.

Large freight or LTL orders may require a custom quote confirmed before fulfillment.

Torch and butane handling

One $35 hazardous-materials handling fee is added only when an order contains at least one torch or butane product. The fee does not apply to an order with no torch or butane product and is shown before checkout.

Delivery areas and restricted products

We ship within the United States where product, destination, and carrier rules allow. Torches, butane, lighters, vaporizer hardware, and other restricted products may have destination, service, or signature requirements. We may hold or decline a shipment that cannot be sent lawfully or safely. International buyers should contact our team before ordering.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Contact us within 5 business days of delivery with the order number and photos of the shipment, packaging, and affected items. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. See the refund and return policy for complete terms.
